Rental Charges
Rental items are charged for the amount of time out, whether used or not. We will not refund any credit any unused items. Extended rental time is available for an additional charge.
Reservations and Deposit
To guarantee availability, please make all reservations as far in advance as possible. We cannot guarantee availability without reservations. Any changes to your order should be made at least 24hrs prior to delivery.

Delivery and Pick Up
Customer Pick Up
Customers who wish to pick up rental items rather then have them delivered must make a request at the time reservations are made. Party Particulars reserves the right to refues any rental item this is, in the opinion of the staff could be damaged by customer transportation.
